  • In your kitchen, you’ll check hard-working appliances like your fridge, dishwasher and exhaust fan.
  • In the mechanical room (an easy to overlook area) you’ll check out things like the furnace filter, humidifier, and hot water tank.
  • This is the perfect service for addressing any concerns or questions around the house. Plus, you have added peace of mind knowing which home projects to tackle next!

Together, you'll discuss home issues and make a plan to fix them. Our certified home inspectors can help you with home maintenance planning, upcoming projects and give advice on how to improve energy efficiency.  

How should I prep for my 15-minute call with the certified home inspector?

Write out your questions so you don’t forget anything during our call. If you have a video smartphone, you can take us around your home and give us a view of that problem you just can’t describe (just make sure the lighting’s good!)  

If you only have a couple of questions, we can use the remaining time to take you through some home maintenance tips.

What if I don’t remember everything after the Ask a Home Inspector call?
