Write out your questions so you don’t forget anything during our call. If you have a video smartphone, you can take us around your home and give us a view of that problem you just can’t describe (just make sure the lighting’s good!)
If you only have a couple of questions, we can use the remaining time to take you through some home maintenance tips.
