If you have a tankless water heater a softener is highly recommended. Hard water buildup can decrease the efficiency of your tankless water heater and corrode and break down the components inside.

A water softener is a filtration system that works to remove high concentrations of calcium and magnesium that cause hard water. When water flows through a water softener, the system filters out these hard water minerals and the softened water then leaves the water softening system to flow through plumbing.

Softened water is safe to drink. However, we can install a bypass valve, ensuring you have a separate tap for untreated water if that's your preference.
